reporting a FBI player that extra non rp.

hi all.
now im reporting a FBI player that made alot of non rp.
for my bad lucky, i screened only one screenshot, and then got crashed.
so first here is the picture.

in the picture you can see that he suspecting me-that mean he metagaming-he suspecting me and he dont know what is my id, he dont know my job, and he cuffing and tazing me non rp.

first maybe to got saved with his self, he will tell all about that, that i dm.
i didnt because it was a fight in the bar, and some one that have no managaming told me that i will get out. i started with him a fight.
then he called to his agent/guard (antoni is a FBI wtf he did there lol?) and then the FBI tazed me and cuffed me non rp.
i told him that is non rp, but he lame and started to suspect me like 4-5 times with same reason+he matagamer, he didnt knew my name.
